3. Product Information And Enquiries

We aim to keep product descriptions, consumable notes and service details accurate and current. However, specifications, stock levels, compatibility and lead times may change without notice. Before ordering inks, media or a printer, customers should confirm the exact model, intended use and installation requirements.

Any quotation, recommendation or media matching note is based on the information supplied by the customer. If a machine will be used in humid coastal areas, under load-shedding, or in a high volume office, the final selection may differ from a standard office setup.

4. Orders, Delivery And Risk

Any order is subject to acceptance, stock availability and payment clearance. Delivery times are estimates only, especially where courier routes, building access, municipal restrictions or remote-area delivery affect timing. Collection from Ndabeni or coordination of dispatch may also be offered where suitable.

  • Risk in goods passes according to the agreed delivery or collection arrangement.
  • Customers must check cartons and goods on receipt and report visible damage promptly.
  • Courier delays, weather, traffic or network interruptions may affect delivery dates.
  • Incorrect address details or unreachable contact numbers may cause extra charges or delay.

Advice offered through this site, through our contact form or by phone is practical guidance for South African print environments. It may include printer installation, wide-format setup, ink supply planning, preventive maintenance, print quality checks, media matching, user handover, remote help, collection coordination and consumable reordering.

We do not guarantee a particular print result if the machine is used outside recommended settings, with unsuitable media, or with third-party consumables not approved for that device. Customers remain responsible for daily operating care and for following the manufacturer’s user instructions.
